About the Role
Redfish Solutions is hiring a Fit Out Technical Design Manager for a highly-established interiors firm in Dubai. The role leads all design, engineering, and technical delivery activities from post-award through construction and handover for luxury hospitality projects.

- Lead design development, coordination, and technical delivery from post award to handover.
- Manage multidisciplinary engineering, technical approvals, and construction documentation.
- Drive design resolution, constructability, and interface management.
- Coordinate technical delivery with procurement, construction, and project controls.
- Maintain compliance with contractual, statutory, client, and operator requirements.
- Act as the primary technical interface for all internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong UAE based fit out/interior contracting experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design
- 12–15 years in fit out design management or fit out technical delivery with at least 3 years in a management position
- Minimum five years delivering luxury hospitality or hotel refurbishment projects
- Strong Design & Build experience covering multidisciplinary coordination, technical approvals, shop drawings, material submissions, and mock ups

About the role
- Work with a highly established interiors firm with Western roots.
- Lead all design, engineering, and technical delivery activities from post award through construction and handover.
- Serve as the primary technical interface between the Client, PMC, Operator, Consultants, Authorities, and project team, ensuring coordinated, approved, and buildable information is delivered in line with programme, procurement, quality, and commercial objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong UAE based fit out/interior contracting experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design.
- 12–15 years in fit out design management or fit out technical delivery with at least 3 years in a management position.
- Minimum five years delivering luxury hospitality or hotel refurbishment projects.
- Strong Design & Build experience covering multidisciplinary coordination, technical approvals, shop drawings, material submissions, and mock ups.
