- Support product development activities from concept through commercialization
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, milestones, and action plans to leadership
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven experience managing complex product development projects in cross functional environment
- Hands on experience managing both hardware and software development projects for electromechanical medical devices
- PMP or equivalent Project Management certification
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies

Your Role

- Support product development activities from concept through commercialization.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, milestones, and action plans.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure alignment.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Monitor resource utilization.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Drive issue resolution and escalation processes.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Proven experience managing complex product development projects within a cross functional environment.
- Hands on experience managing both hardware and software development projects involving electromechanical products in medical devices.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- PMP, PMI, IPMA, or equivalent Project Management certification.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
Compensation
- Base compensation range: CAD 73,150 CAD 174,000/year.
- Eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions.
