About the Role
Capgemini seeks an Investment Data Architect with hands-on experience in BlackRock Aladdin and/or eFront platforms. You will lead platform implementation, configuration, testing, and data integration for investment management clients.

Responsibilities
- Participate in end to end implementations of BlackRock Aladdin and/or eFront platforms
- Configure system modules in line with business, operational, and regulatory requirements
- Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and post implementation stabilization
- Execute Functional Testing (FT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Prepare and review test cases, scenarios, and validation outputs
- Support defect resolution in coordination with business and technology teams
- Support data migration, reconciliation, and integration activities
- Collaborate with third party vendors, custodians, and internal systems to ensure data accuracy
- Contribute to project planning, coordination, and delivery tracking
- Work closely with business users, IT teams, vendors, and system integrators
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder reviews
- Provide functional support across investment operations, portfolio management, risk, performance, and reporting
Requirements
- Hands on experience with BlackRock Aladdin and/or eFront platforms
- Experience in configuration, testing, or operational support of investment platforms
- Strong understanding of investment management processes and operating models
- Experience working in project based or consulting environments
- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Master's degree (MBA, Finance, Investment Management, or Technology related) preferred
- PMP or other project management certifications preferred
- Aladdin or eFront platform certifications preferred

Your Role Platform Implementation & Configuration
- Participate in end to end implementations of BlackRock Aladdin and/or eFront platforms.
- Configure system modules in line with business, operational, and regulatory requirements.

Investment Operations & Functional Support
- Provide functional support across investment operations, portfolio management, risk, performance, and reporting.
- Offer advisory input during technology and operational transformation initiatives.
Your Role Requirements
- Hands on experience with BlackRock Aladdin and/or eFront platforms.
- Experience in configuration, testing, or operational support.
- Strong understanding of investment management processes and operating models.
- Experience working in project based or consulting environments.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA, Finance, Investment Management, or Technology related) is preferred but not mandatory.
Certifications (Preferred)
- PMP or other project management certifications.
- Aladdin or eFront platform certifications (if applicable).
