- Lead overall program delivery across discovery, design, build, migration, testing, go live, and support transition
- Manage project governance, steering committees, weekly status reporting, RAID logs, action tracking, and decision management
- Coordinate business stakeholders, technology teams, data owners, vendors, and implementation resources
- Manage delivery plan, resource plan, dependencies, milestones, and phase gates
- Oversee delivery risks related to data sensitivity, investment data quality, source system complexity, historical backfill, and business adoption
- Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical delivery, commercial scope, and project governance
- Track project budget, effort consumption, timesheets, and resource utilization under a Time & Material delivery model
- Support escalation management and decision making across business, data, technology, security, and governance workstreams
- Ensure deliverables are completed, reviewed, approved, and transitioned to support
Requirements
- 10 15 years of experience in program management
- Experience in managing large scale delivery programs
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Time & Material delivery models
