About the Role
MENA Consultant seeks a Senior Project Manager for a 1-year engagement leading Oracle Fusion ERP implementations in Riyadh/Jeddah. Requires 12+ years of experience, fluency in Arabic and English, and proven expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM, or CX projects.

- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of Oracle Fusion implementation projects
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate project activities across business, technical, testing, and vendor teams
- Manage project communications and ensure timely dissemination of updates to stakeholders
- Organize project meetings, workshops, and governance sessions
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, action logs, and minutes in Arabic and English
- Monitor project progress and track completion of deliverables against agreed timelines
- Maintain project documentation, registers, reports, and governance artifacts
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring appropriate follow up and resolution
- Support PMO activities and provide regular project status reporting to leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure alignment of project execution with organizational standards, governance requirements, and implementation objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience serving as a Project Manager for Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EPM, and/or Oracle CX implementation projects
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- 12+ years of experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and documentation capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously
