- Develop and grow sales opportunities for pumps, valves, and other flow products
- Identify new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions
- Prepare technical proposals, commercial quotations, and tender submissions
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution
- Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalization
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Flow Products Division
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and commercial reports
Requirements
- Proven experience in the sales of flow products, like pumps and valves
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
