Location and Experience

  • Location: United Arab Emirates.
  • Years of Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Working Arrangement: on site.
  • Language Requirements: Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Role Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join the Flow Products Division and support the sales of pumps, valves, and expansion joints.
  • The role will focus on developing sales opportunities, understanding customer technical requirements, recommending suitable flow product solutions, and managing the sales process.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in flow products.
  • Strong technical knowledge and sales experience in: Pumps, Valves, Expansion Joints.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Other Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical and commercial problem solving capabilities.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
  • Customer focused approach with the ability to develop and maintain long term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities for pumps, valves, and expansion joints.
  • Engage with customers to understand their technical and operational requirements.
  • Recommend suitable flow product solutions based on customer needs and applications.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and related sales documentation.
  • Provide technical support to customers throughout the sales process.
  • Follow up on sales opportunities and support negotiations and order closure.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to ensure effective customer support.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Flow Products Division.
