- Identify and develop new sales opportunities for pumps, valves, and expansion joints.
- Engage with customers to understand their technical and operational requirements.
- Recommend suitable flow product solutions based on customer needs and applications.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and related sales documentation.
- Provide technical support to customers throughout the sales process.
- Follow up on sales opportunities and support negotiations and order closure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to ensure effective customer support.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Flow Products Division.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in flow products
- Strong technical knowledge and sales experience in pumps, valves, and expansion joints
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong technical and commercial problem solving capabilities
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
- Customer focused approach with ability to develop and maintain long term business relationships

Role Summary
