About Us

Worley is a global company specializing in consulting, engineering, procurement, and construction across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting and manage project operations to the budget.
  • Ensure project work and team activities meet all health, safety, environmental, and security requirements.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of assigned projects.
  • Achieve or better the budgeted gross margin.
  • Effective management of Worley/Client contract, including delivery of the budget gross margin.
  • Manage and monitor project performance on an ongoing basis to identify issues and opportunities early.
  • Effectively manage project interfaces, including use of High Value Engineering centres.
  • Develop resource and financial requirements from the project plan.
  • Manage the design, procurement, and construction activities to meet the project schedule.
  • Project Manager ownership of the project schedule.
  • Routine monitoring of the key reports and development of corrective action plans.
  • Monitor and control all cost aspects of the project to forecast costs, obtain approvals, identify trends, and take action to avoid cost overruns.

Industry Specific Experience

  • Prior experience must include significant project experience and successful project management.
  • Vast relevant experience in a supervisory and/or project management role including technical expertise.
  • Strong experience in Offshore experience on Brownfield projects.
  • Mandatory experience in Pre-FEED and FEED phase.

  • Maintain HSE focus with the team to ensure OHSE requirements.
  • Demonstrate behavior and business practices commensurate with a culture of world’s best health, safety, and environmental performance.
  • Demonstrate a visible and active commitment to personal well-being, healthy and safe workplaces and activities, and continuously improve Worley health, safety, and environmental performance.
  • Identify and report work hazards and incidents.

IT Skills

  • MS Office Suite.

People Skills

  • Able to work in diverse team.
  • Able to make difficult decisions and lead and manage others in changing business conditions.
  • Highly effective people management skills such as leadership, team, interpersonal, coaching, mentoring, and supervisory skills. Must be able to build, motivate, develop, and manage an effective team.
