Role Overview
Lead assigned offshore projects across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning while meeting client, cost, schedule, quality, and HSE objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, project operations, staffing levels, organizational structure, and project discipline structures.
- Plan and coordinate design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
- Lead proposal preparation and ensure client objectives are met or exceeded.
- Manage Worley and client contracts and protect the budgeted gross margin.
- Monitor project performance, interfaces, reports, costs, forecasts, approvals, trends, and corrective actions.
- Develop resource and financial requirements from the project plan and maintain ownership of the project schedule.
- Provide focused leadership for the project team and manage team performance.
- Assess procurement to ensure goods meet specifications, arrive on time, and remain within budget.
- Monitor construction management for safe delivery within cost and schedule objectives.
Experience Requirements
- Significant project experience and successful project management experience are required.
- Vast relevant supervisory or project management experience with technical expertise is required.
- Strong offshore experience on brownfield projects is required.
- Experience in Pre-FEED and FEED phases is mandatory.
