Role overview
Lead the execution of assigned offshore programs, projects, or subtasks across business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions.
Act as the company representative with customers and selected suppliers during project execution.
Support business development by understanding customer issues and business plans.
Project leadership
- Establish project requirements and monitor draft and final deliverables for adherence.
- Assign responsibilities to key subordinates and assess how to use their qualifications and strengths.
- Provide input to subordinate performance reviews and development plans.
- Mobilize company resources and create effective project teams.
- Develop budgets, schedules, plans, and resource requirements for project elements.
Progress, scope, and commercial management
- Monitor project activity, milestones, costs, schedules, and conditions affecting delivery.
- Develop corrective action plans for potential cost overruns, delays, or scope changes.
- Manage customer and company contracts, including budget gross margin delivery.
- Define scope, ensure contract compliance, and apply change control.
