Role Overview
Lead assigned offshore brownfield projects across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
Own project budgets, schedules, contracts, margins, interfaces, staffing, performance, risks, quality, HSE, and team leadership.
Project and Commercial Management
- Manage project operations, staffing, organizational structures, budgets, schedules, resources, financial requirements, and gross margin.
- Agree and deliver client objectives and manage Worley-client contracts, scope, interfaces, performance, and corrective actions.
- Monitor reports, costs, trends, risks, and opportunities and take pre-emptive action to control project outcomes.
Engineering and Delivery
- Coordinate design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities to meet project schedule and budget objectives.
- Manage procurement performance and monitor construction management for safe delivery within cost and schedule requirements.
Quality and Risk
- Execute projects in compliance with the Worley Project Management Process, General Management System, quality-assurance systems, work methodologies, and reporting systems.
- Monitor closure of all identified risks and opportunities and maintain risk-management focus throughout project delivery.
Safety and Team Leadership
- Ensure project activities meet health, safety, environmental, and security requirements and promote safe working practices.
- Provide focused leadership and build, motivate, develop, and manage an effective project team in changing business conditions.
Experience Requirements
- Significant successful project-management experience and extensive supervisory or project-management experience with technical expertise are required.
- Strong offshore brownfield project experience and mandatory Pre-FEED and FEED experience are required.
- Strong people-management, leadership, coaching, mentoring, interpersonal, and supervisory skills are required.
- MS Office Suite proficiency is required.
