NEAM is delivering a residential compound project in Jeddah and is expanding its project management capability.
The Senior MEP Project Manager leads delivery of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for the compound.
Location and Employment
- The role is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- The position is full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of MEP scope across villas, amenities, and infrastructure.
- Manage MEP contractors and specialty subcontractors.
- Review shop drawings, coordination drawings, and material submittals.
- Coordinate MEP disciplines with the civil team.
- Manage testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Coordinate utility connections with SEC, NWC, and Civil Defense.
- Report progress and risks to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- SCE membership is required.
- Require 8–12 years of MEP project management experience, including at least 5 years leading MEP works on residential projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-current systems.
- Proven testing, commissioning, and handover experience.
- Practical experience with SEC, NWC, and Civil Defense processes.
- Strong command of Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Fluent Arabic and good working English.
- PMP certification is required.
