Role Overview
The Senior Project Manager — Civil leads execution of civil and structural works from mobilization through handover.
The role owns end-to-end civil works delivery on behalf of the owner and manages schedule, cost, quality, contractors, and owner interests.
Location and Type
- The position is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- The position is full-time and involves project and site delivery activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full execution of civil works from earthworks through handover.
- Manage the main contractor, subcontractors, and site consultants.
- Own the project schedule, cost control, variations, and claims.
- Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
- Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code, REGA, and municipality requirements.
- Report progress, risks, and decisions to senior management.
- Safeguard the owner's interests throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- SCE membership is required.
- 8–12 years of project management experience, including at least 5 years leading residential projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong command of Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Practical experience with FIDIC contracts, BOQs, and claims.
- Fluent Arabic and good working English.
- PMP certification is required.
