Job Description
Parsons is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Project Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will lead the design delivery of complex infrastructure projects, driving construction execution, client and stakeholder engagement, commercial performance, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes safely, on time, and within budget.
What You'll Be Doing
- Plan, direct, and control all business, technical, commercial, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned infrastructure project.
- Lead the successful delivery of major infrastructure construction works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality and contractual requirements.
- Establish and oversee implementation of project execution, health and safety, quality, environmental, and risk management plans.
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams, allocating responsibilities and mobilizing resources to achieve project objectives.
- Act as the primary client interface, managing stakeholder relationships, negotiating scope changes, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project planning and controls, including budgets, schedules, risk management, change management, and recovery strategies to address project challenges.
- Oversee contractor performance, construction supervision, contract administration, and coordination with consultants, utility authorities, and government stakeholders.
