Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from feasibility and concept design through detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage execution plans, schedules, budgets, resources, scope, cost, quality, risk, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, utility providers, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee tendering, procurement, contract administration, contractor performance, claims, disputes, and variations.
• Monitor KPIs, S-curves, earned value, progress, and reporting for clients and senior leadership.
• Ensure HSE, building code, FIDIC, NFPA, and other applicable standards are followed.
• Lead and develop project engineers, site supervisors, and cross-functional project teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and practices.

Required Experience

• 10–15+ years of progressive infrastructure project management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.
• Successful delivery of large and complex infrastructure projects from inception through completion.
• Experience with multi-million-dollar budgets, large multidisciplinary teams, EPC and design-build contractors, tendering, negotiation, and claims.
• Experience working with regulatory bodies, municipal authorities, utility providers, and project approvals.
• Government or semi-government infrastructure program experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of FIDIC, construction and commercial law, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, cost control, budgeting, and EVM is required.
• Strong HSE and infrastructure code knowledge, leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution, communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills are required.
• English fluency is required; Arabic proficiency and a valid driving license are advantageous.
