- Review designs and specifications, manage procurement and logistics
- Track progress against project milestones
- Lead project meetings, resolve issues, report status to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and client requirements
- Support risk management, contract administration, and continuous improvement of project management processes
Requirements
- Strong project management capabilities and demonstrated ability to lead complex construction projects
- Expediting and Expeditor skills to manage material and equipment delivery timelines
- Inspection experience to oversee construction quality and compliance
- Logistics Management skills to coordinate transportation, storage, and site logistics
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP) are an advantage
- Proven experience managing large scale hospitality or data center projects in KSA or GCC region
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial
- Deep understanding of local building codes, regulatory requirements, and health and safety standards

Role Description
- The Senior Project Manager for Hotels & Data Centers Construction in Jeddah, KSA will oversee end to end project delivery for complex construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
- This full time, on site role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing contractors and suppliers, and ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in line with quality and safety standards.
- The individual will review designs and specifications, manage procurement and logistics, and track progress against project milestones.
- Daily responsibilities include leading project meetings, resolving issues, reporting status to stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and client requirements.
- The Senior Project Manager will also support risk management, contract administration, and continuous improvement of project management processes.
Qualifications
- Strong project management capabilities, including Project Management experience and demonstrated ability to lead complex construction projects.
- Expediting and Expeditor skills to manage material and equipment delivery timelines and ensure critical items reach the site as scheduled.
- Inspection experience to oversee construction quality, verify compliance with specifications, and support safety and regulatory standards.
- Logistics Management skills to coordinate transportation, storage, and site logistics for hotels and data center construction projects.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP) are an advantage.
- Proven experience managing large scale hospitality or data center projects in KSA or the wider GCC region.
