Requirements
- Strong project management capabilities and demonstrated ability to lead complex construction projects
- Expediting and Expeditor skills to manage material and equipment delivery timelines
- Inspection experience to oversee construction quality and verify compliance
- Logistics Management skills to coordinate transportation, storage, and site logistics
- Relevant bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
- Proven experience managing large scale hospitality or data center projects in KSA or GCC
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial
- Deep understanding of local building codes, regulatory requirements, and health and safety standards

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
