- Lead end to end delivery of high rise building projects from concept through handover, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met
- Take full ownership of project planning and execution, including defining project execution strategy and milestones, developing detailed schedules and resource plans, and establishing procurement and contract strategies
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams (design, engineering, contracts, QS, construction, MEP, façade, safety, QA/QC) and ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability
- Oversee design coordination, including reviewing architectural, structural, MEP, façade, and interior design, leading design review meetings, and ensuring constructability and code compliance
- Direct construction activities on site for high rise structures, including supervision of core and shell, superstructure, façade, MEP, vertical transportation, and finishes
- Manage project budgets and cost control, including approving cost plans, monitoring cost performance, and supporting value engineering
- Lead procurement and contract administration, including prequalification and selection of contractors, negotiating contracts, and overseeing change orders and claims
- Implement robust risk management, including identifying risks, maintaining risk registers, and developing mitigation plans
- Ensure strict compliance with building codes, HSE regulations, and quality management systems
- Act as primary point of contact with clients, consultants, authorities, and internal leadership
- Prepare and present executive level progress reports, recovery plans, and close out documentation
- Mentor and develop project managers, engineers, and site leaders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 20 years of progressive experience in construction/project management, with a significant portion dedicated to high rise building projects
- Strong command of project management principles
- In depth technical understanding of high rise building systems
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Solid experience with contract and commercial management
- Proficiency in project planning and control tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for leading large, complex high rise projects from inception to successful completion, acting as the single point owner for scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and stakehold
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading end to end delivery of high rise building projects from concept through handover, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met.
- Taking full ownership of project planning and execution, including defining project execution strategy and milestones, developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and resource plans, and establishing procurement and contract strategies.
- Managing multidisciplinary project teams (design, engineering, contracts, QS, construction, MEP, façade, safety, QA/QC) and ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability.
- Overseeing design coordination: reviewing and guiding architectural, structural, MEP, façade, and interior design; leading design review meetings and resolving technical conflicts; ensuring constructability, code compliance, and alignment with client expectations.
- Directing construction activities on site for high rise structures: supervision of core and shell, superstructure, façade, MEP, vertical transportation, and finishes; sequencing and coordinating critical activities such as raft/foundation works, vertical elements, high rise formwork systems, and faç
- Managing project budgets and cost control: approving cost plans, budgets, and forecasts; monitoring cost performance, variations, and claims; supporting value engineering and lifecycle cost optimization.
- Leading procurement and contract administration: prequalification and selection of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers; negotiating and managing contracts (EPC, design–build, lump sum, etc.); overseeing change orders, claims, and dispute resolution.
- Implementing robust risk management: identifying project risks related to high rise construction, logistics, safety, and interfaces; preparing and maintaining risk registers and mitigation plans; proactively resolving issues to avoid schedule and cost impacts.
- Ensuring strict compliance with building codes, standards, and statutory requirements; Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations; quality management systems and project procedures.
- Acting as the primary point of contact with client/owner representatives, consultants, authorities, and key external stakeholders; internal leadership and executive management.
- Preparing and presenting executive level progress reports, dashboards, and performance indicators; recovery plans where needed; lessons learned and close out documentation.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring
- Experience with landmark or iconic high rise projects, mixed use developments, or complex multi tower schemes.
- Familiarity with BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) for coordination and clash detection, 4D/5D planning and digital project controls.
- Exposure to International codes and standards (IBC, NFPA, BS, Eurocode, local high rise guidelines), Performance based design for tall buildings and façade engineering considerations.
- Experience implementing Lean construction practices, Advanced planning techniques, logistics optimization, and prefabrication/modular strategies.
- Strong business and client facing skills; capability to support business development, proposal efforts, and client presentations; relationship building with key clients and authorities.
- Demonstrated ability to set up and manage governance frameworks for mega projects, implement continuous improvement and lessons learned frameworks across projects.
