Responsibilities
- Lead end to end delivery of high rise building projects from concept through handover
- Define project execution strategy and milestones
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and resource plans
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams (design, engineering, contracts, QS, construction, MEP, facade, safety, QA/QC)
- Oversee design coordination including architectural, structural, MEP, facade, and interior design
- Direct construction activities on site for high rise structures
- Manage project budgets and cost control, including approving cost plans and monitoring cost performance
- Lead procurement and contract administration, including contractor selection and contract negotiation
- Implement robust risk management, including maintaining risk registers and mitigation plans
- Ensure compliance with building codes, HSE regulations, and quality management systems
- Act as primary point of contact with client, consultants, authorities, and internal leadership
- Prepare and present executive level progress reports, dashboards, and performance indicators
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 20 years of progressive experience in construction/project management
- Significant portion of experience dedicated to high rise building projects
- Strong command of project management principles
- In depth technical understanding of high rise building systems
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Solid experience with contract and commercial management
- Proficiency in project planning and control tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Overview
- Parsons is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading end to end delivery of high rise building projects from concept through handover.
- Taking full ownership of project planning and execution, including defining strategy and milestones.
- Managing multidisciplinary project teams and ensuring clear roles and accountability.
- Overseeing design coordination and leading design review meetings.
- Directing construction activities on site for high rise structures.
- Managing project budgets and cost control, including approving cost plans and monitoring performance.
- Leading procurement and contract administration, including negotiating contracts.
- Implementing robust risk management and maintaining risk registers.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring
- Experience with landmark or iconic high rise projects, mixed use developments, or complex multi tower schemes.
- Familiarity with BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) for coordination and clash detection.
- Exposure to International codes and standards (IBC, NFPA, BS, Eurocode, local high rise guidelines).
- Experience implementing Lean construction practices and advanced planning techniques.
- Strong business and client facing skills to support business development and client presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to set up governance frameworks for mega projects and implement continuous improvement.
