Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the full lifecycle of facade projects from design coordination to procurement, installation, and handover.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure facade systems meet technical requirements and aesthetic standards.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans tailored to facade projects.
- Oversee quality assurance and control processes to meet industry codes, safety standards, and client expectations.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies related to facade construction and installation.
- Conduct site inspections and progress monitoring to ensure compliance with design and safety specifications.
- Lead project meetings, provide clear communication of project status, and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvements in facade project delivery methodologies and processes.
