Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive handover and completion strategy
- Manage snagging and de snagging processes, ensuring timely defect closure
- Coordinate and monitor testing and commissioning activities
- Ensure completeness of handover documentation including as built drawings and O&M manuals
- Manage formal project handover to client, leading inspections and approvals
- Ensure works meet contractual quality and compliance standards
- Identify and mitigate risks impacting completion timelines
Requirements
- Experience in managing handover and completion phases of large scale infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of snagging, testing, commissioning, and close out processes
- Ability to manage documentation including as built drawings and O&M manuals
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Role Summary
- The Handover / Completions Manager oversees the end of project phase, ensuring construction works are completed, tested, documented, and handed over to the client.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive handover and completion strategy
- Define completion milestones, timelines, and deliverables
- Lead readiness reviews for project close out
- Manage snagging and de snagging processes
- Ensure timely identification, tracking, and closure of defects
- Provide regular reporting on completion status
- Coordinate and monitor testing and commissioning activities
- Ensure systems are fully functional and compliant
- Collaborate with engineering, MEP, and specialist teams
- Ensure completeness of as built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, certifications, and regulatory approvals
- Maintain structured document control
- Manage formal project handover to client/end user
