Responsibilities
- Supervise day to day MEP construction activities on site
- Review and monitor MEP shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and RFIs
- Ensure MEP works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, local codes, and project requirements
- Conduct inspections and witness testing and commissioning activities
- Monitor contractor progress and identify potential delays or quality issues
- Coordinate MEP activities with civil, architectural, and other disciplines
- Review contractor progress reports and verify completed work
- Raise NCRs, site observations, and follow up on corrective actions
- Attend site meetings and provide technical support to Project Manager and Resident Engineer
- Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards throughout project execution
- Participate in snagging, de snagging, and project handover activities
Requirements
- Experience in MEP construction supervision
- Knowledge of MEP drawings, specifications, and local codes
- Ability to conduct inspections and witness testing/commissioning
- Strong coordination and communication skills
