The project: Mace is delivering PMC services across a significant portfolio of high-value mixed-use developments.

The projects are at various stages of the development cycle and need to be managed through planning, design, procurement, and delivery on what is a multi-year assignment.

Leads project delivery to meet time, cost, and quality targets.

Coordinates stakeholders to achieve objectives and KPIs, while managing teams and ensuring fee expectations, risk mitigation, and change control are met-driving excellence through proactive leadership and collaboration.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Embed Mace’s safety-first culture, ensuring HSW compliance while promoting well-being, inclusion, and accountable leadership.
• Deliver commission management from inception through completion, ensuring quality, programme and service excellence.
• Manage budgets, risks, and governance, supporting client objectives and sustainable business growth.
• Liaise with client, project, and consultant teams, driving collaboration, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Supervise project delivery aligned with the project execution plan and KPIs.
• Manages stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure scope, quality, and programme targets.
• Drives safety, risk mitigation, and change control through collaboration and governance.
• Promotes Mace priorities, leveraging best practices and digital tools for sustainable outcomes. You'll need to have:
• Proven experience in project and construction delivery.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Relevant technical qualifications or professional accreditation.
• Sound knowledge of project controls, safety, and sector-specific standards.
