About the Role
Shlenpower is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a Web3 ecosystem, responsible for end-to-end delivery of Web3 products, token launches, and campaigns. The role requires 5+ years in project management with 3+ years hands-on Web3 experience.

Responsibilities
- End to end delivery of Web3 products, token launches, and feature rollouts
- Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery tracking
- Conduct sprint planning, weekly execution reviews, and stakeholder updates
- Coordinate cross team efforts (engineering, product, design, marketing)
- Identify, escalate, and resolve risks before delays happen
- Maintain clear documentation, dashboards, and delivery status visibility
Requirements
- 5+ years in project / delivery management
- 3+ years hands on experience in Web3, blockchain, or crypto projects
- Direct involvement in dApp launches, token presales, IDOs, or Web3 campaigns
- Strong experience managing remote, cross functional teams
- Comfortable operating in fast moving startup environments
- Proficiency with Notion, ClickUp or Trello, Slack, Google Workspace
- Clear communicator with strong ownership and decision making ability

- 2025 is a heavy execution year with multiple launches, token events, and growth activations.
What You’ll Own
- End to end delivery of Web3 products, token launches, and feature rollouts
- Project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery tracking

- Previous work in Web3 startups or scale ups
