Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong B2B sales and business development experience
  • Proven history of closing technology or software-related deals
  • Ability to generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients
  • Understanding of software development services and technical solution selling
  • Experience dealing with founders, startups, CTOs, or enterprise clients
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Existing network in tech/Web3/startup ecosystem is a strong advantage

Preferred Background

  • Candidates with previous experience in:
  • Software houses
  • Technology agencies
  • AI companies
  • Blockchain/Web3 companies
  • SaaS businesses
  • IT consulting firms

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified B2B prospects
  • Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, networking, and direct channels
  • Present company services and tailor solutions based on client needs
  • Coordinate with technical teams during proposal and closing stages
  • Contribute directly to company growth and revenue generation
