About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead multiple small scale and/or larger workplace projects including front end set up and full cycle delivery
- Own full project life cycle from initiation to handover
- Take broader oversight role ensuring in house or third party commercial, design, project controls related activities
- Ensure PMK's service delivery standards are upheld
- Coordinate efforts of various workers to ensure required tasks are accomplished on time
- Proactively identify obstacles and implement solutions
- Develop and review/update required working documents (meeting minutes, agendas, action registers, risk registers, etc.)
- Develop Project Executive Plans (PEP) including comprehensive planning and detailing of delivery and procurement methodologies
- Ensure project dashboards and monthly reports are accurate and issued in a timely manner
- Develop progress reports, proposals, and presentations; lead presentations to colleagues, clients, and third parties
- Give final approval of work produced by junior team members, providing feedback and coaching
- Lead overall design process: guide Client to develop project brief, draft design scopes, delivery programme, consultant responsibility matrices
Requirements
- Strong track record of leading multiple small scale and/or larger workplace projects including front end set up and full cycle delivery
- Full project life cycle ownership: successfully delivers projects through all phases from initiation to handover
- Ability to take a broader oversight role ensuring in house or third party commercial, design, project controls related activities
- Proficient at developing Project Executive Plans (PEP) including comprehensive planning and detailing of bespoke delivery and procurement methodologies
- Strong grasp of commercial management fundamentals: procurement routes, forms of contract, budget control, cost reports, estimates, BOQs, cashflow, contract administration
- Proficient at drafting contract correspondence (letters, notices, instructions)
- Highly proficient level of understanding on HSE and other technical competencies
- Good software skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF markup software

Key Responsibilities

- Ensures project dashboards and project monthly reports are accurate and issued as a formal record in a timely manner
