What You Will Be Doing
- You will be the client facing lead on a Government project for the design, procurement and construction of a one of a kind experiential college.
- The project will utilise modern methods of construction to streamline construction timelines.
- As the project lead you will be solely responsible for the development of the procurement strategy, design management, tender and construction of the facility.

Experience & Background
- 8+ years in project management
- Experience within a consultancy environment, ideally in design, engineering, or construction sectors
- Experience in MMC and modular construction practices
- Base build construction experience
- Education sector experience
