About the Role

- Deliver projects through all phases from initiation to handover
- Take broader oversight role ensuring commercial, design, project controls activities occur at required pace and quality
- Coordinate efforts of various workers to ensure tasks are accomplished on time
- Proactively identify obstacles and implement solutions
- Develop and review working documents (meeting minutes, risk registers, etc.)
- Develop Project Executive Plans (PEP) including comprehensive planning of delivery and procurement methodologies
- Ensure project dashboards and monthly reports are accurate and issued timely
- Lead presentations to colleagues, clients, and third parties
- Lead overall design process, guide client to develop project brief, and manage design deliverables
- Manage change management processes including time and cost implications
- Lead tendering process including RFPs, vendor selection, and evaluations
- Oversee client relationships with senior management and mediate difficult situations
Requirements
- Strong track record of leading large scale renovation projects including front end set up and full cycle delivery
- Full project life cycle ownership experience
- Proficient at developing Project Executive Plans (PEP)
- Strong grasp of commercial management fundamentals
- Proficient at developing and optimizing project programmes
- Highly proficient level of understanding on HSE and other technical competencies
- Good software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, pdf markup)

Role Summary
- Demonstrates strong track record of leading large scale renovation projects (including the front end set up and full cycle delivery).
- Full project life cycle ownership: successfully delivers projects through all phases, from initiation to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Takes a broader oversight role, ensuring either in house or third party commercial , design , project controls related activities, reporting, and deliverables are occurring at the pace and quality level required for project success.
- Ensures that PMK's service delivery standards are upheld.
- Coordinates the efforts of various workers in order to ensure that required tasks can be accomplished on time.
- Proactively identifies obstacles and implements solutions on their projects.
- Is able to ‘manage by exception' meaning that he/she is able to develop a comprehensive action plan for a given project based on the client's unique requirements.
- Develops and reviews/updates required working documents in order to carry out project management effectively, with an acute attention to detail.
- Proficient at the development of Project Executive Plans (PEP), including the comprehensive planning and detailing of bespoke delivery and procurement methodologies.
- Ensures project dashboards and project monthly reports are accurate and issued as a formal record in a timely manner.
- Develops progress reports, proposals, and presentations; leads presentations to colleagues, clients, and third parties.
- Gives final approval of work required for project implementation produced by junior team members, providing feedback and coaching as applicable.
- Efficiently manages project meeting length and cadence; able to lead client/supplier calls of meetings.
- Participates in and/or drives feasibility studies and prepares project initiation proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholders.
