The role is responsible for monitoring and executing civil works at site according to drawings.
The role covers civil engineering project execution, site supervision, coordination, quality, safety, and progress monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and execute civil engineering works according to project schedules and design specifications.
- Supervise structural, finishing, and external development works at site.
- Review drawings and technical specifications and provide inputs for execution.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve site-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory compliances.
- Prepare and review work progress reports, measurements, and billing support.
- Identify risks and propose corrective actions to avoid delays or cost overruns.
Requirements
- Able to understand drawings and execute work at site.
- Able to monitor concrete works at site.
- Able to notify quality issues at the appropriate time.
