About the Role
- GHD is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager Design Management to join our Abu Dhabi team, leading the design delivery of complex projects within the Buildings & Property sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design process across building and property projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and external consultants to deliver high quality, timely outputs.
- Oversee design reviews, approvals, and compliance with local authority requirements (e.g., ADM, ADWEA).
- Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and change control processes.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including clients, contractors, and government entities.
