About the Role
Parsons Corporation is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of multi-level car park facilities and associated infrastructure within a major venue development programme.

Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of the car parks package from design development through construction, commissioning and handover
- Manage all project activities associated with multi storey parking structures, vehicle circulation systems, access roads, drop off areas and associated infrastructure
- Coordinate multi disciplinary teams including architects, engineers, contractors, specialist suppliers and project stakeholders
- Oversee project planning, scheduling and phasing activities to ensure alignment with overall programme milestones
- Monitor project performance against cost, schedule, quality and safety objectives
- Manage design development and technical reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable codes
- Coordinate interfaces between structural, architectural, MEP, ICT, security systems, traffic management and infrastructure works
- Support procurement strategies, contractor management and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead risk management, issue resolution and change control processes
- Coordinate with authorities and regulatory agencies to obtain required permits, approvals and operational clearances
- Ensure effective integration of parking guidance systems, access control, security systems, EV charging infrastructure and smart mobility solutions
- Oversee testing, commissioning and operational readiness activities
Requirements
- Experience in project management of large scale infrastructure or venue projects
- Ability to manage multi disciplinary teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
- Knowledge of design review, procurement, and contract administration
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team!. In this role you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of multi level car park facilities and associated access infrastructure within a major venue and infrastructure development
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the delivery of the car parks package from design development through construction, commissioning and handover.
- Manage all project activities associated with multi storey parking structures, vehicle circulation systems, access roads, drop off areas and associated infrastructure.
- Coordinate multi disciplinary teams including architects, engineers, contractors, specialist suppliers and project stakeholders.

- Monitor project performance against cost, schedule, quality and safety objectives, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Manage design development and technical reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements, operational functionality and applicable codes and standards.
