- Lead Portfolio Delivery: Oversee projects across a client portfolio, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard
- Own Complex Productions: Lead large scale campaigns, content shoots, productions, and cross functional projects from planning through to delivery
- Partner with Clients: Build trusted relationships, manage expectations, navigate challenges, and keep projects moving forward
- Lead the Team: Support and mentor Project Managers, helping create a delivery culture that's collaborative, accountable, and solutions focused
- Drive Better Ways of Working: Help improve processes, planning, and delivery operations as Tactical continues to grow
Requirements
- 6–8 years of project or delivery management experience in a creative, social, digital, or production agency
- Strong production experience, including managing shoots and complex campaign delivery
- Confidence managing clients, budgets, timelines, and multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience mentoring team members and leading delivery across large accounts
- A proactive mindset, sharp problem solving skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure

Important Information
- This is a 6 month maternity cover contract running from October to March, based in our Dubai office.
Who You Are
- You’re the person who can keep a campaign, a content shoot, a production schedule, three client requests, and a slightly panicked creative team moving in the same direction.
- You love bringing order to chaos, know your way around complex productions, and can spot a risk before it becomes an 'urgent' Slack message.
- Calm, organised, commercially savvy, and great with people, you're the kind of person teams trust when the stakes are high and the timelines are tight.
