- Partner with Creative, Client Services, and Finance to keep everyone aligned
Requirements
- Proven experience leading PM or delivery teams within a creative, social, or digital agency
- Sharp commercial awareness and understanding of project profitability, resource allocations, and scoping
- Proficiency in agency management platforms like Productive, Monday.com, Asana, or similar
- Strong organizational and communication skills

- This isn't a 'sit back and take notes' kind of job. You’ll be the operational anchor of our agency, owning the Project Management function, mentoring a killer team of PMs, and personally steering our biggest, most complex projects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leveling up the team: Leading, coaching, and mentoring our PM team. You’ll build a culture of accountability, run 1 to 1s, and help them level up their commercial and project leadership skills.
- Guarding the framework: Setting the gold standard for how projects are scoped, planned, and delivered across the entire agency before they even hit production.
- Running the big gigs: Stepping up to personally drive our highest value, most complex, and strategically vital projects.
- Protecting the money: Ensuring our projects are as profitable as they are creative by catching scope creep early, managing budgets, and keeping delivery tight.
- System mastery: Acting as the ultimate guardian of our PM tool, Productive, ensuring all data is pristine, accurate, and trusted across the agency.
- Building bridges: Partnering with Creative, Client Services, and Finance to keep everyone aligned, navigate shifting priorities, and make sure PM is viewed as a strategic partner, not a support function.

- Knows the tech stack: You are a pro at navigating agency management platforms like Productive, Monday.com, Asana, or similar tools.
