- Act as the bridge between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and on time delivery
- Own client meetings, weekly status calls, and quarterly business reviews
- Manage contracts, invoices, and credit control with Account Director support
- Support new business workflows, including pitch strategy, proposal development, and client presentations
- Identify organic growth opportunities within existing accounts

- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth

Who You Are
- As an Account Manager, your core responsibility is client retention, specifically the management and renewal of social retainers.
Account Management & Client Relationship
- Lead day to day management of key accounts, delivering Always On social and strategic campaigns.
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring clear communication, proactive expectation management, and on time delivery.
- Own client meetings, weekly status calls, and quarterly business reviews, presenting insights, strategies, and creative recommendations.
- Benchmark globally and regionally to identify best in class practices.
- Manage contracts, invoices, and credit control with Account Director support.
Strategic Planning
- Understand the client’s business, goals, and challenges.
- Contribute to campaign strategies, content plans, and creative briefs.
- Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes or propose new ideas.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track the success of campaigns using analytics and KPIs.
- Prepare performance reports and present insights to clients.
- Suggest improvements for future initiatives based on data.
Business Development & Growth
- Support new business workflows, including pitch strategy, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Vet and qualify leads, supporting business development efforts to land new accounts and upsell existing clients.
- Spend non billable time networking and building industry relationships.
- Maintain and update client details and activity in CRM.
- Identify organic growth opportunities within existing accounts.
