Senior Project Finance Manager (UAE National)

Job Purpose

Key Result Areas

• Drive technology project financial reporting for business and functional areas with the Transformation Office.
• Evaluate executive summaries and CapEx proposals against required standards.
• Maintain documentation and approvals in the central project repository.
• Create Oracle projects, assign approved budgets, and monitor them.
• Provide financial reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
• Coordinate project capitalization and fixed-asset recording with project managers and relevant departments.
• Escalate cost overruns and budget underutilization to management and the Transformation Office.
• Validate chargeability, item codes, and general-ledger entries in Oracle and procurement systems.
• Close completed projects and coordinate closure of unused purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations at every project stage.
• Drive annual CapEx planning with technology, business, and transformation leads.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting, CA, or MBA Finance.
• At least 5–8 years of banking experience managing financials and reporting for multiple technology projects.
• Knowledge of project and program management and technology projects.
• Strong financial-data analysis capability and proficiency with project, financial, and related software tools.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
