Responsibilities
- Lead review of ELV shop drawings, submittals, and method statements
- Provide technical direction on fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and structured cabling systems
- Lead TRA and Civil Defence approval processes for the ELV scope
- Liaise with authority inspectors to resolve technical queries and secure system approvals
- Mentor ELV Engineers and Project Engineers on technical matters
- Review junior engineers' authority submissions and provide technical feedback
- Oversee ELV installation quality checks and witness testing and commissioning activities
- Review ELV snagging and ensure timely closure prior to handover
- Maintain ELV technical submittal and authority approval registers for assigned projects
- Report ELV engineering progress and technical issues to the Electrical Team Leader
- Introduce modern tools, technologies and processes that improve efficiency and transparency
- Encourage innovative thinking to enhance outcomes and reduce costs without compromising quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- Minimum 6–8 years of ELV MEP project engineering experience

Role Purpose
- To lead ELV engineering coordination on assigned Innovo MEP projects, mentoring junior engineers and ensuring ELV deliverables meet specification and regulatory requirements.
Technical Leadership
- Lead review of ELV shop drawings, submittals, and method statements.
- Provide technical direction on fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and structured cabling systems.
Authority Coordination
- Lead TRA and Civil Defence approval processes for the ELV scope.
