About the Role
Support end-to-end delivery of large-scale civil construction projects from initiation to completion.
The role covers planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, contract administration, site execution, quality, safety, risk, and project closure.
About You
- A B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
- Candidates need 5 to 8 years or more of relevant experience.
- Candidates should have completed at least 4 to 6 institutional, university, residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or similar projects end to end.
- Technical awareness of civil, electromechanical, and architectural works is required.
- Organizational, motivational, attention-to-detail, communication, and interpersonal abilities are required.
- Project Management Consultancy experience is preferred.
Project Delivery Responsibilities
- Develop plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress, milestones, deliverables, and timely execution.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate clients, architects, consultants, contractors, site supervisors, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee procurement, vendor evaluation, material management, contracts, variations, claims, billing, and cost efficiency.
- Conduct site inspections and audits and ensure compliance with drawings, quality, safety, environmental, statutory, and design standards.
