About the Role

Lead the design and analysis of civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, water systems, and infrastructure works

Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and reports

Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff

Coordinate with architects, surveyors, contractors, and other stakeholders

Ensure compliance with local codes, industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or construction-related issues

Prepare and review tender documents, cost estimates, and contract documents

Liaise with clients and regulatory authorities to obtain approvals and permits

Support continuous improvement in engineering practices and project delivery

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)

Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification

Minimum 8–12 years of relevant civil engineering experience

Strong knowledge of civil design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD, ETABS)

Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Effective communication and client-facing skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety

Combination of office-based design work and on-site supervision

May require travel to project locations

Full-time position with potential for extended hours during critical project phases
