Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale manufacturing expansion initiatives, including various new Machining methods at the Aiken site.

Serve as the primary project lead coordinating cross-functional workstreams across Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities, Quality,

Logistics, Purchasing, Controlling, HR, IT, and external partners

Define project scope, objectives, schedules, and governance structures in alignment with global manufacturing standards, timelines, and budgetary targets.

Deploy established manufacturing processes and standards from global reference sites while enabling adaptation and innovation to support local production requirements.

Coordinate facility planning, building modifications, equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover to operations.

Plan, lead, and facilitate technical workshops and alignment sessions with domestic and international stakeholders to ensure project milestones, deliverables, and operational readiness.

Apply Lean manufacturing principles to design and implement optimized future-state value streams that support productivity, flow, and long- term operational efficiency.

Drive project execution through disciplined progress tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and escalation as required.

Prepare and present decision-ready status updates, progress reports, and escalation materials to senior and executive leadership.

Support workforce readiness by coordinating inputs to training strategies and implementation plans for new manufacturing departments and technologies.

Act as a key change agent, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and adoption of new systems and processes across cultures and time zones.
