Role Overview
Oversee the final stages of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing installations in construction projects.
Coordinate finishing work, quality control, issue resolution, documentation, reporting, handover, and commissioning of MEP systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed design plans, including structural layouts and interior finishes.
- Coordinate MEP finishes with architects, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Manage MEP activities in line with project specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
- Conduct site visits and inspections and recommend renovations or redesigns.
- Resolve technical and logistical issues during finishing and installation.
- Prepare drawings, specifications, estimates, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, safety regulations, and project costs.
Qualifications
- B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in hospital, hotel, or IT park projects.
- Technical awareness of civil, electromechanical, and architectural works and finishing.
- Strong organizational, motivational, communication, interpersonal, observation, and detail-oriented abilities.
