Responsibilities
Our newest opportunity is for a talented
Senior Project Coordinator
- to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- We envisage success in this role to include:
- Assist the Resident Engineer in managing and supervising
- civil construction activities
- , including structural, architectural, and external works for villa projects.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure
- compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications
- , and project quality standards.
- Coordinate and inspect civil works such as
- foundations, concrete works, masonry, waterproofing, roadworks, and utilities
- related to villa developments.
- Review and approve
- shop drawings, method statements, material submittals
- , and
- inspection requests
- .
- Ensure that all civil works are carried out in accordance with
- project safety regulations and HSE requirements
- .
- Support in resolving site issues by providing timely technical input and liaising with relevant stakeholders, including the contractor and design team.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (MEP, landscape, infrastructure) to ensure smooth execution of interconnected works.
- Participate in progress meetings, prepare
- site reports
- , issue
- non-conformance reports (NCRs)
- , and maintain site documentation.
- Assist in the handover process and the preparation of snag lists and as-built documentation.
Qualifications
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15 years of work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Engineering/Architecture.
Experience gained from working on building projects in UAE is being looked for.
