- Challenge contractor data to ensure accurate performance measurement
- Establish and maintain Earned Value Management system
- Provide guidance for resolution of complex project control problems

- Experience in project controls for large scale infrastructure or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and earned value management
- Ability to lead and develop project controls teams
- Proficiency in risk management and reporting
- Experience with governance frameworks and integrated reporting
