About the Role
KEO Group seeks a Senior Project Architect (equivalent to Senior Design Manager) to lead architectural design, coordinate project teams, and ensure compliance with codes and standards in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Assess project requirements, break down tasks, and determine scope, budget, and staffing with Design Division and Project Manager
- Write scope of work for architectural design based on preliminary review and client meetings
- Maintain knowledge of applicable local and international building codes and work with code officials
- Review work of project design team and alert Project Manager to scope changes
- Coordinate all aspects of project document completion internally and externally
- Promote and participate in development of company design and production standards
- Assist in education and development of design and project staff
- Hold regular project progress review meetings with all disciplines
- Ensure QA/QC procedures are implemented and issues addressed
- Submit and follow up on design submittals to governmental agencies for approvals
- Attend meetings on behalf of Project Manager with client
- Provide follow up on outstanding client actions
Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Licensed as an Architect
- LEED accreditation highly regarded
- Member of RIBA and/or AIA
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
