A senior member of RED’s Programme Management team, this individual will be seconded from the University of Bristol to the Chief Operating Officer role, within Bristol Health Partners Academic Health Science Centre (BHP AHSC). This is a strategic collaboration between the city region's universities, major health and care providers and commissioners, covering the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire area. The Partnership works to improve the health of those who live in and around Bristol and to improve the delivery of the services on which they rely, acting as a mechanism for change in our health and care community.

You must have experience of managing teams and organisational operations such as budgets and effective governance policies and procedures.
You are a pro-active and strategically-minded individual with extensive knowledge of the health and care sector.
