We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Project Coordinator to plan and organise engagement activities, communications and events across the network. Working closely with the Senior Research Project Manager, academics, researchers, industry partners and the wider network, you will help bring the network's activities and achievements to life and connect people with opportunities to collaborate.

Work closely with the Senior Research Project Manager and wider team to identify priorities, keep activities moving and respond to emerging opportunities.
You will be a proactive and organised communications or events professional who enjoys taking ownership and turning ideas into action. You should have:
Experience of planning and delivering events, including larger-scale events involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience of producing engaging content for different audiences.
Experience managing communications across channels such as social media, websites and newsletters.
The ability to work confidently with academics, researchers, professional services colleagues and external partners.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines, while responding when priorities change.
A proactive approach: you will be comfortable identifying what needs to be done and working independently.
The ability to understand complex information and turn it into clear, accessible content for non-specialist audiences.
Experience of working collaboratively and building positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Experience of working in a research or project environment would be helpful, but is not essential. What matters most is that you can demonstrate strong engagement, events and communications experience, good judgement and initiative.
