• **About the Role****Mercer is seeking an experienced****Senior Program Manager****to lead the strategic delivery of large-scale platform initiatives across our Talent Solutions business. If you are passionate about the future of****talent management and talent assessment** **, this is an opportunity to make a lasting global impact.****Key Responsibilities*** **Lead end-to-end delivery of****large-scale, multi-year enterprise SaaS initiatives** **, including platform integrations, migrations, and new builds, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.**
• **Act as the key link between****technical teams and business stakeholders** **, translating strategic goals into actionable delivery plans with clear ownership, governance, decision rights, and change control.**
• **Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across****product, engineering, operations, business, and sales** **, while keeping customer and client needs front and center.**
• **Drive stakeholder alignment, facilitate decisions, and maintain momentum in a****senior, highly collaborative, and opinion-rich environment** **.**
• **Provide****transparent, executive-ready communications and reporting****on program progress, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.**
• **Work effectively across global teams and geographies, balancing****global standards with local execution needs** **.**
• **Identify and mitigate delivery risks, manage interdependencies, and ensure disciplined execution across complex initiatives.**
• **Foster a delivery culture that embraces innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement.**
• **Required Experience and Skills*** **10+ years of experience****in technical project or program management, including leading****new platform builds****with multiple dependencies and tight timelines.**
• **Strong experience delivering programs using****Agile or iterative methodologies** **.**
• **Demonstrated ability to manage****complex cross-functional programs****involving business and technical stakeholders.**
• **Exceptional****senior stakeholder management****and influencing skills.**
• **Excellent****written and verbal communication skills in English** **.**
• **Strong****analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making****capabilities.**
• **Ability to work effectively in****ambiguous, evolving environments****with a high degree of ownership and resilience.**
• **Preferred Qualifications*** **Experience with****HR technology platforms** **, particularly in areas such as****assessment, learning and development, talent acquisition** **, or related domains.**
• **Experience working in a****global, matrixed organization** **.**
• **Experience****living and working outside your home country** **.**
• **Strong interest in the****HR/talent space****and****AI-first solutions** **.**
• **Relevant project management certification such as****PMP, PMI-ACP** **, or equivalent.**
