Programme Structure

  • Practice Rotations (Sept 2026 – Sept 2027): Spend 12 months rotating across high impact teams in various practice areas.
  • Potential practices include: Organization Transformation, Talent Assessment & Leadership Development, Executive & Workforce Rewards, Products & Solutions.
  • High performers may be offered full time positions at Mercer upon graduation.

  • 50% Experience: On the job learning, cross functional projects, business rotations.
  • 30% Training: Technical workshops, behavioural skills, certifications, eLearning.
  • 20% Relationships: Mentoring, networking, and engagement with senior leaders.

  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
