Programme Structure
- Practice Rotations (Sept 2026 – Sept 2027): Spend 12 months rotating across high impact teams in various practice areas.
- Potential practices include: Organization Transformation, Talent Assessment & Leadership Development, Executive & Workforce Rewards, Products & Solutions.
- High performers may be offered full time positions at Mercer upon graduation.
