- Lead program governance activities, prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
- Mentor team members to support consistent, high quality execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in program or project management, including leading multi phase, cross functional initiatives.
- Strong skills in planning, prioritization, and coordination, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities, including communication, negotiation, and expectation setting.
- Demonstrated capability in risk management, issue resolution, and data driven decision making.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and ability to collaborate effectively both on site in Sharjah and remotely.
- Proficiency with project and program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and standard office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience mentoring or guiding teams, with a collaborative, inclusive leadership style.
- Background in managing programs within a corporate, government, or non profit context in the region is a plus.

Role Description
- This is a part time Senior Program Manager role based in Sharjah with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on site presence with some work from home flexibility.
- The Senior Program Manager will oversee complex, cross functional programs from initiation through completion, ensuring that scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Defining program objectives, developing detailed plans, tracking milestones, and managing dependencies and risks.
- Coordinating with stakeholders at various levels, facilitating regular status updates, and resolving issues that impact delivery.
