Role Description
- This is a part time hybrid role for an HR Business Partner, located in Abu Dhabi with the flexibility to work from home on occasion.
- The HR Business Partner will oversee HR management, implement company HR policies, manage employee benefits, and provide guidance on personnel management.
- Additional responsibilities include collaborating with management to address workforce needs, supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- The role requires a proactive approach to developing and maintaining an engaging and supportive work environment.
