Senior Program Manager

Role Overview

Program Leadership

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large transformation programs spanning digital platforms, custom-built solutions, and ERP implementations.
• Oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Account & Stakeholder Management

• Manage and grow large strategic accounts with full P&L responsibility.
• Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, including CXOs and board-level sponsors.

Transformation Delivery

• Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives including:
• Custom platform development programs (highly preferred)
• ERP transformation (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
• Ensure integration of business processes, technology, and organizational change.

Governance & Steering Committees

• Lead and actively participate in Steering Committee meetings.
• Establish robust governance frameworks, reporting structures, and escalation mechanisms.

Consulting & Advisory

• Provide strategic advisory to clients on digital transformation roadmaps, operating models, and technology adoption.
• Bring thought leadership in transformation best practices within the GCC region.

Team Leadership

• Lead cross-functional, global teams including delivery, architecture, and consulting units.
• Mentor senior managers and build high-performing program teams.

Risk & Financial Management

• Manage program risks, dependencies, and financials proactively.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
